Final Idea
My final idea is to create a Documentary, with the focus now being on the effects of Parkinsons and Lewy Body Dementia. The effects will look at how it has effected my Granddad directly, but possibly also at how it can effect those around him. My idea has developed from the initial idea of his time in the Attleborough Players, to the effects of his illness - as the cirumstances of his condition changed during the process of producing this film.
I now plan to narrate the documentary, more so than originally planned ,explaining to the audience:

- how he was before the illness
- define the illness and what it is
- how the illness has effected him
The purpose of the documentary still has the underlying theme of 'memories', but can also be considered educational/informative. Whether it be someone also with the illness, or a relative/friend of someone with the illness, it will also allow some of the audience to personally identify with his situation.
